Gary came to our rental home in Sedona on short notice when our heater was broken in early January 2019. He diagnosed the problem quickly, and he went out of his way to get the necessary part for us on a cold weekend day. We would highly recommend Gary, and we are thankful for his help.

Garry with Air Dynamics Northern Arizona has done several jobs for me. I had an emergency with my heater, and he came over to fix it right away to make sure that my three kids and myself were not without heat this winter. I got quotes from several different places to get my duct work fixed and insulation installed, and not only did he give me competitive rates, but he found more issues than any other company and included those in his rate. He is always very professional and straightforward. He has great information about new technology and equipment. I bought an Ecobee4 from him, and I LOVE it! I highly recommend Air Dynamics to any of my friends.

Positive: Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value No heat on Dec 18th. Garry, of AirDynamics, came out and notified us that our AC/heat combo unit needed replacing. By December 23rd, we were up and running with a new unit. Keep in mind that this was done just seven days prior to Christmas with a weekend involved! He had the unit ordered as well as the sheet metal adaptation and installed on this day. Hard to find such service in today’s day and age. Positive: Responsiveness Garry at Air Dynamics is an excellent serviceman in ever sense if the word. How I first became acquainted with this company was per referral on behalf of the home warranty which insures the appliances for a building I own in northern Arizona. When I first met Garry Lane, it was quite clear that his prerogative was to tend to the hvac service needs within a timely manner. Despite the weather that day, Garry reassured me that the necessary repairs would be addressed regardless of road conditions as it had recently snowed – inclement weather is not common in northern AZ. At any rate, based on the successful resolution of a malfunctioning unit, Air Dynamics has since been my number one choice for heating & cooling service needs. Garry comes out semi-annually to perform spot checks, clean the filters, as well as to do any mechanical detail work on the main units to ensure that the tenants will have heat in the colder months & enjoy a cool, comfortable home climate when the Summer weather commands for cooler air indoors… Kudos Garry Lane & Air Dynamics!
